Dignity in Dying
Dignity in Dying is a growing movement of people who demand greater choice and control at the end of life. We are funded entirely by voluntary contributions from members of the public and without our members we would not be able to continue the vital work we do.
UK membership costs £25 for an individual and £35 for two people living at the same address (a £5 reduction is available if you pay by Direct Debit). Overseas membership costs £35 per year but you must have a UK bank account for membership subscriptions.
Over the years, campaigners like Diane Pretty and Debbie Purdy have challenged the legal system over their rights to an assisted death. While Diane's case sadly failed in the European Court of Human Rights, Debbie's recent victory in the House of Lords has led to the historic recognition that in certain circumstances, people should not be prosecuted for assisting someone to die.
Our campaign for change has never been so important.
From as little as £20 a year, your membership subscription will enable us to lobby Parliament, advise people on their rights at the end of life, keep Dignity in Dying in the media spotlight and ensure the voices of people like Diane and Debbie are heard.
As a member you will receive a copy of our newsletter, Campaign, three times a year, a Compassion in Dying Advance Decision and an invite to our Annual General Meeting in London. Join us now and help end unnecessary suffering at the end of life.
Download a Direct Debit form here. Completed forms should be returned to Dignity in Dying at 181 Oxford Street, London, W1D 2JT.
