Lord Cooper

Andrew Cooper is founder of the research and strategy company Populus and has advised a wide range of major business and political campaigns in the UK and internationally, including several general elections and referendums.

From 2011-2013 he was the Prime Minister’s Director of Strategy in 10 Downing Street.

He is a visiting lecturer at the London School of Economics and a Visiting Parliamentary Fellow of St Antony’s College Oxford.  He has been a member of the House of Lords, with the Conservative Whip, since 2014, as Lord Cooper of Windrush.
